Each product may ship from a different supplier, so it's likely that you will receive multiple shipments and corresponding tracking codes for your order. You should receive a shipping confirmation email from us that will contain the tracking number for your product when it ships. If you purchased multiple products from different listings, you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails from us when each product ships. You can also view shipping and production time estimates listed on each individual product listing page. If you are having trouble finding your shipping confirmation email, feel free to reach out to us using the contact form above, and we can provide you with the latest status of your order.

All of our products on our store are ethically sourced, meaning that they meet one or more of the following basic requirements: 1) Made in the USA, 2) fairly traded, 3) eco-friendly. When related certifications are not available for our suppliers, we do rigorous research to ensure that our products are ethically sourced. In many cases, our products exceedingly meet these basic ethical requrements. You can check an individual product listing page to view the ethical tags to see which specific requirements are met for the products you'd like to order. Typically, we are able to cancel orders within 24 hours of the initial order placement, but we cannot guarantee that you will be able to cancel your order. We work with many different suppliers, and each of these suppliers has a unique cancellation policy. If you would like to attempt to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible via the contact form above.

If you already placed your order and forgot to apply the coupon code, please contact as soon as possible. We may be able to apply it retroactively if your order has not already been sent to production.

Yes our site is secure. We use standard SSL protocols & our SSL certificate is valid. For payments, our platform processes through Shopify, which uses a secure payment platform called Stripe to process payments. We also accept other secure forms of payment including Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Paypal.

Yes! You can purchase digital gift cards here. We hope to offer an option to purchase physical gift cards sometime in the near future.
