Returns

General
In the event that there is a problem with a product you ordered, please contact us within 15 days of product delivery, so that we can work with you to remedy the situation. For any physical products that are damaged in shipping or have a manufacturing error, we can offer either 1) a free replacement & free shipping or 2) a refund.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
For items that are not marked final sale, we can accept returns for a store credit, refund back to your account, or exchanges for a similar product if the items are shipped back to us unused and with all original packaging undamaged and intact. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged in shipping or there was a manufacturing error. You will receive an email notification from us once we receive your return, and you should receive your refund or store credit within 3-5 days from the date we receive your return order. If your exchange product costs less than your original product, any difference in cost will be refunded back to you as store credit or back to your account. If your exchange product costs more than your original product, you will be responsible to pay the balance via a digital form we will send you before the exchange ships to you.
Final Sale Items
Note that for items that are final sale, they are custom printed to your order, and we are not able to offer a refund for issues such as wrong size or color ordered, unless your product arrives to you damaged from the shipping process or there is a manufacturing error. Digital artwork downloads are final sale. We are not able to offer refunds on digital artwork.
